Yorkshire Downs – Convenient yet secluded

Located just minutes about 5-minutes from the I-440 Beltline, Yorkshire Downs is within 10-minutes of Downtown Raleigh and only about a 15-minute drive to RTP.  Or course, times may change according to the volume of traffic.

Yorkshire Downs was established in the 1970’s with most of the homes in the neighborhood being completed prior to 1990. 

The homes in Yorkshire Downs range in size from just under 1,700 to just over 4,000 square feet offering 2-4 bedrooms, 2-3 baths and lots ranging in size from .36 t0 .69 acres.  Additionally, many of the homes in this area boast amenities such as 2-car garages, hardwood floors, wooded lots, unfinished bonus rooms, eat-in kitchens as well as separate dining rooms and plenty of windows.  The neighborhood is located in Wake County.  School assignments for the neighborhood are managed by Wake County Public School System. 

The Home Owner’s Association’s monthly dues are approximately $35 and go toward general community maintenance.
