  1. 1. Houses in this neighborhood are from 1980s, but also from 1990s.

    2. Recent sales have been in the mid $200,000’s and low $300,000s.

    3. It is a very nice wooded neighborhood with mature trees. Here the trees were only removed where the houses were built, so there was not a massive clean up to built the neighborhood.

    4. Some streets pave just have been replaced, so it is possible to replace first picture of this site, showing very bad pave on the street?
