Thornewood is among many neighborhoods in wonderful central Cary, NC locations, with easy access to Cary, downtown Raleigh, and NC State University. Thornewood is one of those neighborhoods where homes don’t sell often. No one wants to leave. When Thornewood homes hit the market, they don’t last long. Most recent sales have been in the $300,000’s, and it is reasonable to expect some of these homes to command prices in the $400,000’s.
Most homes are in the 2400 square feet to 3200 square feet range. 3 or 4 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths are common. Many Thornewood homes also have a detached garage. Lots are from 1/3 acre to a few over 3/4 acre.
