Ridgeloch – Close to everything

Ridgeloch is about 12 minutes from Downtown Raleigh, 8 minutes from I-440 and about 15 minutes from I-540.  Times may vary with volume of traffic.

Established in the late 1970’s, most of the townhomes in Ridgeloch were completed by the mid-1980’s, with most of the single-family homes being completed from 1980 to 1990.

Ridgeloch is located in Wake County. School assignments for the neighborhood are managed by Wake County Public School System.
