Crabtree Forest – Modernity and convenience.

The heart of Downtown Raleigh is only about a 10-minute drive.  Located about 5 minutes from the I-440 beltline and only about 15 minutes from I-540, Crabtree Forest is less than a 25 minute drive from the heart of the Research Triangle Park and only 30 minutes from either Durham or Cary.  Obviously, these times may change with traffic.

Crabtree Forest was established in the mid 1990’s.  The bulk of the homes in this neighborhood were constructed between 1994 and 1997.

The neighborhood is located in Wake County.  School assignments for the neighborhood are managed by Wake County Public School System.
