Westfield is a quiet and affordable neighborhood in an excellent central Cary location. Located off Old Apex Road, near the intersection with NW Maynard Road, Westfield offers easy access to all that Cary has to offer, as well as the rest of Western Wake County.
Westfield was developed in the 1990’s and homes built by Tri-State Homes. 2000-2700 square feet is a common home size range, with 3 or 4 bedrooms. Lots tend to be .25 acre and larger, up to nearly half an acre. Lots vary from heavily wooded to somewhat open.
