For those heading to RTP, the commute should not take more than 25 minutes door-to-door.  Obviously, times may vary depending on traffic. 

Just down Lead Mine Road, at Glenwood Avenue, shopping and dining opportunities abound at Crabtree Valley Mall and the surrounding area. 

This neighborhood was established in the early 1990’s. 

Homes in Arlington Hills range in size from approximately 1,400 to 2,500 square feet and typically offer 3-4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.  Many of the homes also offer gas fireplaces, eat-in-kitchens, attached garages and large decks all on lots ranging in size from 0.15 – 0.26 acres. 

Arlington Hills is located in Wake County, where schools and school assignments are managed by Wake County Public School System. 

There is a Home Owner’s Association in Arlington Hills which charges $150 annual dues for the maintenance of common areas. 

Recent home sales have fallen in the $210,000 to $250,000 range.
