Brookstone in Cary, NC, is just east of NC Highway 55, and south of the Westpark neighborhood.
The location is excellent, as it offers an easy commute to Cary,Durham, Apex, or the Research Triangle Park, nearby schools, proximity to various shopping and service options for daily needs, yet Brookstone is tucked off the main highways so residents experience low traffic and quietude.
Brookstone was developed in the mid-1990’s by Centex Homes. Home sizes tend to range from about 2100 square feet to about 4,000 square feet. Transitional features like two story foyers, nine foot ceilings, sweeping vaulted ceilings, and open floor plans are common.
Davis Village in Cary North Carolina is a new community, finished in 2012, by Pulte Homes. This neighborhood opened and closed out quickly, due to price point and a great location at Davis Drive and Morrisville Parkway. 50 affordable townhomes in the 170,000–$180,000 range sold out in a few months. 19 detached homes sold in less than 6 months as well.

Savannah in Morrisville NC is a neighborhood of lovely Victorian-inspired homes, in a great central location.
Savannah’s location is somewhat “Car Dependent” as rated by the folks at Walk Score. Proximity to shopping and services is good, and residents can choose to walk or take a short drive. RTP and RDU are both conveniently nearby, too.
Savannah offers garages in the rear of the home, a curb-appeal style appreciated by many buyers, rather than seeing the garage doors jutting out toward the curb. Also, Savannah homeowners enjoy low maintenance exteriors, gas heat, quiet streets, and the neighborhood swimming pool.
Addison Park in Morrisville NC is a nearly new neighborhood started by 1st American Builders and finished out by David Weekley Homes. Homes in Addison Park offer low maintenance exteriors on quiet streets, but great accessibility to daily shopping needs, and other services. Proximity to Research Triangle Park and Raleigh-Durham International Airport is also excellent.
