Troon Village couldn’t be in a better location in Cary, NC! From this condominium complex, you can walk across the street to Trader Joes, Staples, and several other retail services and restaurants.
Just down Kildaire Farm Road, you will find retail and services and Western Wake Medical Center. The hospital is surrounded by medical offices.
The community is bordered by Wimbledon, a beautiful Cary subdivision that ensures a quiet neighbor. There is no street access into Wimbledon, so the communities do not create undesired through traffic for each other.
Convenience and easy living are the watchwords at Troon. The Home Owners Association handles all exterior building and grounds maintenance, including the common areas and the community pool and clubhouse. Dues start at about $160/month for smaller units and go over $200/month for the largest homes.
Troon homes start in the 1600 square foot range, and run to over 3000 square feet.
