These books are great for National Learning Disabilities Awareness Week, during the month of October each year. My step granddaughter has Dyslexia, and I feel this series is very important to offer to parents, educators, and of course, children. Please let the elementary schools in your community know about this book series. So many children need a resource to help them understand that each of us has a “learning style”, and there is help and hope for those who might struggle. I live in Cameron Park and noticed wuite a few of the photos in your file are of houses not in the neighborhood. None of the brick houses are Cameron Park homes. They may be in Dogwood Ridge, which is the next subdivision over. Just thought I would point that out…

Is the Meredith Woods HOA mandatory for all residents to join? Does the board have authority to collect dues and enforce restrictive covenants?

Often I get my information from listings on Triangle MLS, and nothing Active on MLS today identifies the existence of an HOA.
Some cite the existence of restrictive covenants in Meredith Woods, but recorded documents indicate that the original covenants expired automatically on 1.1.2000.

This is for a crucial project.

2. Recent sales have been in the mid $200,000’s and low $300,000s.

3. It is a very nice wooded neighborhood with mature trees. Here the trees were only removed where the houses were built, so there was not a massive clean up to built the neighborhood.

4. Some streets pave just have been replaced, so it is possible to replace first picture of this site, showing very bad pave on the street?
