We visited Wynston Ridge in Cary, NC, Saturday morning to tour the neighborhood and see beautiful custom homes and heavily wooded lots. The blue sky surely helped too.
Wynston Ridge is a mature residential neighborhood on the Southeast side of Cary, NC. Wynston Ridge is located off Holly Springs Road, or may be entered through Camden Forest. See the Wynston Ridge slideshow on Flickr.
Raleigh and NC State University are about a 15 to 20 minute commute. The Research Triangle Park, “RTP,” is about 25 minutes. Heavy drive-time traffic can impact commutes. Within a half mile, Tryon Village is nearly complete, and will offer a variety of retail shopping, groceries, restaurants, and other needed services.
Wynston Ridge was developed in the late 1980′s by Holly Springs Properties, Inc. Traditional and transitional 1.5, 2, and 2.5-story homes comprise Wynston Ridge, with home sizes ranging from 2500 to 4100 square feet. Builders were selected from among the area’s best known custom builders. Cul-de-sac arrangement provides quiet streets. As you see in the photos, Wynston Ridge is blessed with mature pine and hardwood trees.
Typically Wynston Ridge homes offer 4-5 bedrooms, 2.5-3 baths, extensive brick, roomy .3 to .5 acre wooded lots, 2 car garages, many having side-entry, and dual zone natural gas heat.

Wynston Ridge has a Homeowners Association. HOA dues are approximately $61 quarterly and provide for common area maintenance.
