Bryarton Village is a new community of townhomes by Bill Clark Homes in Raleigh, NC. It was developed in 2005 and sold fairly rapidly, although new construction units are available today.

Bryarton Village homes range from 1600 square feet to almost 2000 square feet. Two bedroom homes are available but most homes offer three bedrooms. 2.5 baths is most common, with some units having 1.5 baths. Gas log fireplaces are a typical amenity.

Current Homeowner Association dues are $100.00 and include exterior maintenance, grounds maintenance, lighting, and the community pool. “They will even clean your gutters,” one resident told me. Convenience!

Homes sell in the $150,000’s up to $200,000’s range and can vary based on the individual appointments.
