Westfield is a quiet and affordable neighborhood in an excellent central Cary location. Located off Old Apex Road, near the intersection with NW Maynard Road, Westfield offers easy access to all that Cary has to offer, as well as the rest of Western Wake County.
Westfield was developed in the 1990’s and homes built by Tri-State Homes. 2000-2700 square feet is a common home size range, with 3 or 4 bedrooms. Lots tend to be .25 acre and larger, up to nearly half an acre. Lots vary from heavily wooded to somewhat open. Westfield has no homeowners association, and residents pay no HOA dues, something that is becoming harder to find in Cary.
The neighborhood adjoins the grounds of Cary Christian School on one side and Cedar Creek subdivision on the other side.
Toscana on Green Level Church Road in western Cary, NC, is a new subdivision of move-up homes by Forever Homes, LLC. The location on a small ridge offers homeowners the option to select from some fairly level lots, an opportunity that does not present itself routinely in new construction in Cary.
Toscana is adjacent to The Town of Cary’s Thomas Brooks Park, home of Baseball USA, and 224 acres of recreational opportunities.
Also, access to Jordan Lake, Research Triangle Park, Durham, and employment in Cary are easy.
Homes in Toscana are Energy Star rated for energy efficiency. They range from 3000 SF to over 5000 square feet, with easy care exteriors, 3 car garages, typical lots at .33 acre, with some larger ones available, and multiple cul-de-sacs. There are basement opportunities also. Inside, the owner will find 9 foot ceilings, granite, tile, hardwoods, stainless steel, 3 to 4.5 baths, and a generally well-appointed feature list.
Weycroft offers luxurious custom homes in Cary, NC
Weycroft in Cary, NC, is a subdivision of new homes built by a great team of local custom builders.
The location is wonderful for commutes to Research Triangle Park, or to Durham or Chapel Hill. It also allows homeowners easy access to Durham’s Streets of Southpoint major shopping area.
Weycroft was developed in 2006 by IPG Development, with home sales beginning in 2007. Weycroft homes range between 3,000 and 5,000 square feet, with the features you would expect from custom home builders. Granite, stainless steel, hardwood, 9 and 10 foot tray and coffered ceilings, extensively detailed molding packages, walk-up attics, and extensive use of tile in wet areas are common in Weycroft. Some homes with basements are also available.
